1. Delivery Methods
- Digital Products & Services: Astrology readings, reports, and other digital offerings are delivered via email. Processing begins once we receive your completed intake form, and delivery is typically within 3–5 business days.
- Physical Products: For jewelry and accessories, we currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Limited international shipping is available, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and select countries.
2. International Shipping (Physical Products Only)
For international physical orders, please contact support@fusang-vision.com to confirm availability and obtain a shipping quote. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes based on their country’s regulations.

Digital Products & Services
Orders for astrology readings, reports, and other digital services are processed once we receive your completed intake form. Delivery is typically within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. -
Physical Products
Jewelry and accessories are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. -
Peak Periods & Delays
During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain delays, high order volume), processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you promptly via email.
4. Shipping Methods & Fees
Digital Products & Services
Delivery is via email only, with no shipping fees. Digital products are delivered within the processing timeframe outlined above.
Physical Products
Standard Shipping (7–20 business days after processing)
• Orders up to 5 lbs: $4.90
• Orders over 5 lbs: $19.90
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 (after discounts, excluding taxes and additional service fees).
Express Shipping (DHL Express) (3–7 business days after processing)
• Orders up to 1 lb: $6.90
• Orders over 1 lb: $9.90
• Remote Area Surcharges: DHL may apply additional fees for certain locations. We will inform you before confirming your order.
Important Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing (for international shipments), holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of significant delays, we will notify you promptly.
5. Free Shipping Conditions
- Eligibility: Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50 (after discounts, excluding taxes and additional service fees such as gift wrapping). Unless otherwise specified, free shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders only.

Refund Adjustment:
If part of an order is returned and the remaining total falls below $50, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount. This ensures fair application of the free shipping offer.
6. Delivery Estimates & Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
- Customer Support: If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after shipment confirmation, please contact our customer service team at support@fusang-vision.com.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or customs clearance for international orders. In the event of significant delays, we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier.
7. Shipping Restrictions & Remote Areas
- PO Box Delivery: Available only with Economy Shipping due to carrier limitations.
- Remote Areas: Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may incur additional fees. Please contact customer support to verify available shipping options and surcharges.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, customers are responsible for reshipping fees.
8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders Only)
- Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as required by local regulations.
- International shipments may experience customs delays beyond our control.
- If the customer refuses to pay import duties, the package may be returned. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the product price only, excluding original shipping costs and any customs fees.
9. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
- While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, FuSang Vision is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, peak holiday seasons, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will assist in tracking the package and may open an investigation with the carrier (typically 7–14 business days).
- All shipments include tracking numbers to reduce the risk of lost packages.
10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- Damaged in Transit: Customers must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and promptly send the correct item at no additional cost.
