Are your crystals 100% natural?
Our suppliers label the crystals as natural, but the definition of "natural" can vary. We do not emphasize 100% natural claims. Please choose based on your preference.Our crystals come from trusted suppliers who label them as natural materials. However, some pieces may undergo treatments to enhance their color or stability. We are committed to providing authentic, high-quality products, allowing you to choose the crystal that best suits your needs.
Do you provide certification?
Currently, our crystal products do not include GIA or NGTC certification. However, we carefully select our suppliers to ensure quality. If you have specific requests regarding a crystal, feel free to contact us!
Do your crystal products have energy blessings?
We offer a 30-day energy blessing service. After receiving your product, you can upload a photo, and we will perform a remote energy blessing to align the crystal with your energy.
Do you offer different bracelet sizes?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Apple Pay for a secure shopping experience.
What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
Order processing time: 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time varies by region:

If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, you can request a return within 30 days.
EU customers are entitled to a 14-day unconditional return (according to EU regulations).
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.

Do you offer custom-made bracelets?
We do not offer custom-made bracelets at this time. However, we provide a Bazi & Five Elements Energy Assessment to help you choose the best crystal for your energy balance.
