Refund policy
At Fusang Vision, we offer both digital products (such as astrology readings and personalized reports) and physical products (such as jewelry and accessories).
Due to the distinct nature of these products, our refund and exchange policies differ.
We kindly ask you to review the following terms before making a request. Our goal is to ensure clarity and fairness while providing you with a meaningful experience.
Return Policy
Fusang Vision offers both digital products (e.g., astrology readings, personalized reports, audio/video files) and physical products. Because these product types are different, our return rules also differ, as outlined below.
A. Digital Products
No refunds once delivered. All digital products and personalized readings are non-refundable after delivery.
Exceptions for technical issues. If you did not receive your files, received the wrong report, or the file is corrupted, contact us within 7 days at support@fusang-vision.com, and we will resend or correct the order.
Customer accuracy. Please ensure the email address and birth details you provide are correct; we cannot refund orders due to incorrect information submitted at checkout.
B. Physical Products
Eligible returns (within 30 days of receipt):
- Damaged in transit (report within 48 hours with clear photos),
- Wrong item received (provide photos),
- Manufacturer defect (non–non-user-caused; provide photos).
EU customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt (excludes digital products once delivered).
Condition requirements: Unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories intact.
How to start a return: Email support@fusang-vision.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason. We’ll review within 2 business days and, if approved, send the return address and instructions. Processing and refunds for approved physical returns are detailed in the “Refund Processing” section below.
Special Note on Product Experience
At Fusang Vision, both our digital readings and physical products are created with the intention of carrying energy and cultural significance. Each is meant to support your journey and symbolize a personal connection.
Please note:
The experience and perceived effect of energy-related services or items may vary from person to person, depending on personal energy, mindset, and usage.
Returns or refunds cannot be granted on the basis of personal belief in effectiveness or subjective outcome.
If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@fusang-vision.com and we will gladly assist you.
Return Shipping Costs (Physical Products Only)
Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, preference), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Fusang Vision Responsibility: If the return is caused by our error—such as shipping damage, wrong item sent, or verified manufacturing defect—we will provide a prepaid return label, and customers will not need to pay return shipping.
Refund Methods
Digital Products: Refunds are not available once a digital product or astrology reading has been delivered. Exceptions apply only in cases of technical errors (e.g., non-delivery, corrupted file, or incorrect report), in which case the corrected file will be resent rather than refunded.
Physical Products:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Store Credit Option: Customers may choose to receive store credit in the form of a Fusang Vision Gift Card instead of a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Digital Products: All digital products and astrology readings are non-refundable once delivered. This includes personalized reports, PDF files, audio, or video content.
Physical Products: The following physical product categories cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Customized Products: Engraved, personalized, or specially made items.
- Sale or Promotional Items: Limited-time discount products.
- Exchanged Items: Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange Policy
Digital Products: All digital products and astrology readings are personalized and therefore cannot be exchanged once delivered.
Physical Products:
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange Request Period: Must submit a request within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Options: Exchanges are allowed for items of the same or higher value (customers are responsible for any price difference). If the new item is of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
- Process: Contact support@fusang-vision.com with your order number, product photos, and reason for exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process the exchange within 7 business days.
- Restriction: Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Return & Exchange Process Overview
Digital Products:
Astrology readings, reports, and other digital products are delivered electronically and therefore not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file not received, corrupted file, or incorrect report delivery), please contact support@fusang-vision.com, and we will resend or correct the file within 3 business days.
Physical Products:
Step 1 – Contact Customer Service
Email support@fusang-vision.com with:
- Order number
- Product photos (if damaged or incorrect, include detailed photos)
- Reason for return or exchange
Step 2 – Shipping the Return/Exchange
Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days.
- The return address will be provided via email.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
Step 3 – Inspection & Processing
- We will notify you within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 7 business days after verification.
Special Provisions
Digital Products: If you experience issues such as non-delivery, corrupted files, or receiving the wrong report, please contact support@fusang-vision.com within 7 days of purchase. We will promptly resend or correct the file at no additional cost.
Physical Products:
- Damaged in Transit: Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos as evidence.
- Wrong Item Received: We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label and send the correct item at no extra cost.
Warranty Policy
Digital Products:
Digital products and astrology readings are not covered by product warranties once delivered. We only guarantee correct delivery (e.g., proper file format, accurate access link). If a digital product is corrupted, not received, or sent incorrectly, please get in touch with support@fusang-vision.com within 7 days, and we will resend or correct it at no cost.
Physical Products:
- 1-Year Limited Warranty: Physical products are covered against non-human-caused defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: Customers may request a replacement discount code of 50% off if a defect is confirmed. Proof of purchase (order number) and photo evidence are required.
- EU Customers: Under EU consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a 2-year warranty on defective physical products.
Legal Compliance & Customer Rights
EU 14-Day Return Right (Physical Products):
Customers in the European Union (EU) have the right to cancel a physical product order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
- If this right is exercised, we will refund the original shipping costs, but return shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
Digital Products (EU Exception):
Under EU law, digital products (such as astrology readings, PDF reports, or video/audio content) are not eligible for the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has begun, provided that the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR & CCPA Compliance):
- Customer information collected during orders, returns, or exchanges (such as name, email, and birth information for astrology services) will be used solely for service delivery and customer support.
- We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@fusang-vision.com.
- As our services are available internationally, your data may be transferred across borders. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
