At FuSang Vision, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processing times, shipping options, and potential delays.
1. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States

International Shipping: We offer limited international shipping, including to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and select countries.
- For international orders, please contact support@fusang-vision.com to check shipping availability and obtain a quote.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes based on their country’s regulations.
2. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Peak Periods: During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Fees
Standard Shipping (7-20 business days after processing)
- Orders up to 5 lbs: $4.90
- Orders over 5 lbs: $19.90
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 (after discounts, excluding taxes and additional service fees).
Express Shipping (DHL Express - 3-7 business days after processing)
- Orders up to 1 lb: $6.90
- Orders over 1 lb: $9.90
- Additional Surcharges: DHL may apply extra fees for remote areas, which will be communicated before finalizing the order.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing (for international shipments), holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in case of any significant delays.
4. Free Shipping Conditions
- Free shipping applies to orders over $50 after discounts, excluding taxes and additional service fees.
- If an order is returned for a refund, and the remaining order total after the refund is below $50, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Delivery Estimates & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real-time.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours after shipping, please contact our customer service team.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as logistics carrier delays, holidays, weather disruptions, or customs clearance.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Remote Areas
- PO Box Delivery: Available only for Economy Shipping.
- Remote Areas: For addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, please contact customer support to verify shipping options and additional charges.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, customers will be responsible for reshipping fees.
7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders Only)
- Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
- International shipments may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control.
- If the customer refuses to pay import duties, the package may be returned to us, and a refund excluding shipping costs will be issued.
8. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
- While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, FuSang Vision is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather disruptions, peak holiday seasons, or other unforeseen factors.
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team so we can assist in tracking your order.
- We recommend using trackable shipping methods to prevent lost packages.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If an order is damaged in transit, customers must contact customer service within 48 hours and provide clear photos.
- If a wrong item is received, we will provide a free return shipping label and send the correct item.
