Return Policy

All FuSang Vision products undergo strict quality inspections. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  • Damaged in transit – Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos as evidence.
  • Wrong item received – If the product does not match your order, please provide photos for verification.
  • Defective product – If the item has visible non-human-caused defects, please submit photo evidence.

Return Period

  • U.S. and International Customers: Must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • EU Customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

Product Condition

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service via support@fusang-vision.com and provide:
    • Order number
    • Product photos (for damaged or incorrect items, include detailed photos)
    • Reason for return
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether it meets the return conditions.
  3. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions via email.

Special Note on Product Experience

At FuSang Vision, our products are designed to carry energy and cultural significance. Each piece is meant to symbolize a personal connection.

  • The effect of the product varies based on personal energy, usage, and mindset.
  • We encourage customers to choose products based on texture, appearance, and intuition, rather than expecting specific outcomes.
  • Returns due to personal belief in the product’s effectiveness are not accepted.

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team, and we will gladly assist you.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to shipping damage or an incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return label (customers do not need to pay for return shipping).

Refund Methods

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Store Credit Option: Customers may choose a FuSang Vision Gift Card for store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale Items – Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable.
  • Customized Products – Engraved or specially made items.
  • Sale or Promotional Items – Limited-time discount products.
  • Exchanged Items – Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange an item, which is why we offer a flexible exchange service.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange Period: Must submit an exchange request within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Exchange Options

  • You can exchange for an item of the same or lower price (excluding tax and shipping).
  • If the new item is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If the new item is lower in price, the price difference will not be refunded.

Exchange Process

  • Contact customer service at support@fusang-vision.com with your order number, product photos, and reason for exchange.
  • Once approved, return the item (customers are responsible for shipping costs).
  • After receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7 business days.

Exchange Restriction: Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to prevent lost packages.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund/Exchange Processing

  • We will notify you within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges: The new product will be shipped within 7 business days after verification.

Special Provisions

Damaged in Transit: Contact customer service within 48 hours and provide clear photos.

Wrong Item Received: We will provide a free return shipping label and send the correct item.


Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty for non-human-caused defects.

Warranty Coverage

  • If a product develops a non-human-caused defect within one year, customers may request a 50% discount code for purchasing a replacement product.
  • Must provide order number and photo proof to verify eligibility.

EU Customers Warranty

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a two-year warranty on defective products.


Legal Compliance & Customer Rights

EU 14-Day Return Right

  • Customers in the European Union (EU) have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
  • If you exercise this right, we will refund the original shipping costs, but return shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

Customer information collected during returns or exchanges will be used solely for processing the request and will not be shared with third parties.

Under GDPR (EU) & CCPA (California), customers may request access, modification, or deletion of their personal data.

Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Fusang Vision may require order verification for selected purchases. We may request confirmation of shipping information and authorization of the payment before fulfilling your order.

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of our verification request, your order may be canceled and fully refunded for your protection.
